no, I totally get it. I adore my fans. love being on stage and living my dreams out loud. but sometimes I stare at my day planner with a blank expression, hoping I can will a proper vacation for myself. one that's at least two weeks minimum. maybe if we gang up on this exhaustion we'll win.

you should. we can be best of nap buddies. at least you're hanging out with your best friend. I envy that.

I'm definitely used to it, I'm just sort of bitching to bitch, if that makes a wink of sense. A holiday would eat right about now, I'm not going to lie to you. I just want to be able to sleep for at least 38 hours straight. That would be the dream.

i'm not sure that i can help you, my friend. i recommend getting an app on your phone for mediation, that can help a lot.

I got to go hang out at the beach in Puerto Rico, and it was my first time there so I was actually pretty jazzed about the whole thing! But I love the beach, so it's no shock that I was there.

I didn't even think about an app for meditation. Do those actually help? I feel like there's a bloody app for everything now.

That's pretty much what happens. Ten countries in a few months? You need to slow down. And yes, this is coming from someone who also stacks projects like it’s a sport, but burnout is real, and it sneaks up on you exactly like this. When was the last time you actually rested and didn’t just call it rest while still answering emails or doing ten other things? Because that doesn’t count. Start small. One day, when you’re not 'on' for anyone. Just exist. Eat something good, sleep more than you think you need, and go off the grid for a bit.

I've told my manager that I needed a break, so I think I'm clearing my schedule up just a little bit. But I love meeting fans so I try to be accommodating as much asI'm able to.

Mmmm, okay, I just got back to London and I did actually genuinely rest when I got home, so I'll count that as a win. Can we make that count?

sometimes i keep getting concert vids from you lot on my fyp and it makes me miss touring. you guys having a blast so far or is it as draining as i can remember? ( not fully, of course, fans always make it so worth it.... but maybe i'm just getting old and the idea of touring as aggressively as i did exhausts me. ) / @luhmmings

been there and unfortunately have done that. from lagos to london to new york and back again with a few more cities in between. I'm exhausted!! I just want to crash into a marshmallow shaped bed and never leave. maybe drink a few electrolytes also.

don't get me wrong, i'm having a blast visiting so many fans and goin' to these fan conventions, but i am fully drained. i get about a week and some change of a break before i have to book it to finland, and then to hong kong, then i think germany? bloody hell, i am ready for a proper nap.

you know, i might accept it at this point. i'm in los angeles just hanging out with my best friend and i'm just tired. at all times.

Foolishly, I've realised that I've overbooked myself by a lot and am on the borderline of burnout. Is this what happens when you suddenly realise you've been at 10 different countries from Feb til the end of June?
