Obsessed! Small sample of doodles from my notebook.
His sword big.
I coloured it properly.
I just think she’s neat.
Used to play Genshinbut dropped it because of how addictive it became. Hope my characters are ok.
A drawing of Jane Birkin from a couple of years ago. RIP.
Better draw Squall
A jumble of brushes, layers and effects on procreate.

The Menu (2022) ★★★★
(Spoiler Free)
Despite its lack of focus in the second half, I found The Menu utterly gripping. This was probably the most tense I felt watching a film in years. Anya Taylor Joy was a stand out and Nicholas Hoult’s performance really came into its own as the plot’s twists are revealed.
The Menu is a fine balancing act between the dramatic and the camp; never straying too far to either side. Even at its most bombastic it never felt gratuitous and at its most conceptual, felt self aware enough not to come over as pretentious.
There were moments that felt contrived and some elements that I found personally objectionable but in truth, I was engrossed throughout.
(I don’t know if this will have reached anyone so I’ll add a last onanistic note: Whilst I did use the phrase “bad taste” I am proud to have avoided other obvious cliches such as: “biting satire”, “over-egged” and “chewing the scenery”. )
Found this lil’ drawing in an old sketchbook and felt it needed a splash of colour.
