fic update

hi friends :)

i'm so sorry I've left y'all hanging. I promise there will be an update at some point. the fic is not abandoned. it is, however, incredibly complex to write and it takes time. I so appreciate the support, but please be patient with me.

i want to be honest with you about the two main reasons for the delay:

1.) I'm in my last year of graduate school, which means that I will spend from now until december balancing internship applications, writing my thesis, classes, and moving across the country for my last semester. I also currently have a full-time job.

2.) my brain unfortunately lives off of hyperfixations. and Bly is on the backburner FOR NOW. heaven knows it'll come back eventually, this ship isn't one I could ever give up for good. I will come back to this. Maybe sooner rather than later if I manage to stop putting pressure on myself to come back. (if you want to read my other writing in the meantime, i'm currently writing some fics for The Outsiders, even some sapphic ones. check them out if you wanna!)

I also have a small request. Stop asking me when I'm going to update. I recognize that you're showing your support, but when my only comments and asks are JUST people trying to get me to update, it's a little disheartening.

I love this show and this fic so fucking much, i hope you can understand. I'm NOT abandoning it. my brain just needs to focus on other things for the next little while.

I'll also try to be more active on here in the meantime, you y'all know i'm still here :)
