Day I want to talk about being grateful for something physical. I’m thankful for my body. I’ve had a love hate relationship with it, the majority of my life with excepting this vessel that God blessed me to have. Sometimes I’m super critical over different features my belly, my thighs my looks.........but then I’m reminded that someone else would love to have each one of those things and that no one is perfect. we all have flaws, but nobody has my vessel that God gave it to me for reason and that I should be grateful and appreciate and love every part of it throughout each phase of my journey. So cording to some research I did on the average amount of steps people get, the average is around 5900 steps a day. What is recommended that people get at least 8000 to start moving towards improving their state of health, but of course to go ultimately is 10,000 or more. Are you tracking how many steps you get a day or how to measure your physical activity???..... for me especially during the week, it works better for me to get active in the morning because my job requires me to sit a lot, so I have to be intentional I’m getting moving in..... some examples I do is in between getting water I take extra laps walking around my office area to get into make sure steps for going outside for a quick power walk around the building also be helpful.
