Let me think, that show b99, Ravonna Renslayer and b-15 from Loki, the police chief from Detroit: become human... There are probably others, but I don't really watch many shows with cops in them it seems.

The upside on b99 is at least that Captain Holt and Sergeant Jeffords are in fact well developed characters. Holt often talks of the discrimination with being a gay, black man in the police force and Terry literally gets assaulted in his own neighbourhood looking for his child’s toy because the officer who saw him thought he looked like he didn’t belong there. A lot of people talk about b99 being Copaganda and I recognise that to an extent, but at least it’s trying, And it tends to do better than most mainstream things like this.
