Feel like I've been floating around over the past couple of days. Not knowing where my thoughts, feelings and body is going. Not naturally feeling like I'm able to get back into my routine. But today has marked a new day. Making this week, a week for working out. Locking down and getting back to what feels right. No more floating. Time to feel grounded, stable and self aware.
