The iPad Mini 2 is the superb follow up to the sleeper hit iPad Mini. The main reason that the iPad Mini was a hit was that of its truly ergonomic size. Google Photos is a wonderful must-have app. It is available for both iOS and Android devices (also desktop). The app is a one-stop photo management system. The app offers unlimited backup to the platform on a condition you back up your photos in their high definition picture format. It is a slightly compressed format which I personally have no issues with.
The Google Photos app also has plenty of automatic features built in. It will organise groups of pictures into an album. The app also automatically makes collages and stylized pictures. I love the Stylized photo option which takes your pictures and makes them look absolutely amazing.
Take this pic for instance. I took it with my smartphone camera. The place is Ballito Lifestyle centre and it was during decent to average lighting conditions. But the Photos app did a good job at applying a filter to the photo.
