INTRO POST

hi i'm jan Samuli, but i mostly go by Sam. "jan Samuli" is my name in Toki Pona.

Here is my ao3, my current biggest project is this homestuck fanfiction in which the characters form a band and make music. the actual music i made to go along with it is located here and i think its pretty good.

i'm a minor, that's probably important

i don't exactly have my gender figured out but i'm probably transfem

any pronouns are fine. i usually think of myself as a girl but i dont really know how i feel about being called a girl by other people.

fandoms: homestuck mostly

i'm pretty interested in music theory and i like to compose my own music a lot

my favorite bands/artists include: King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Cardiacs, Bull Of Heaven, 70's prog rock and jazz fusion in general (Yes, King Crimson, ELP, Genesis, Miles Davis, etc...)

considering how much official homestuck stuff is going on these days, it's not impossible that they would create some kind of official youtube channel to upload homestuck OSTs.

so i propose: what if someone makes a channel that looks like it COULD be an official HS OST channel, with a convincing name and everything, but is actually a siivagunner-esque channel that uploads silly mashups/remixes of HS music pretending to be actual uploads of the real songs. it could operate similarly to siivagunner itself where anyone can submit a mashup to be uploaded.

there is a lot of potential here

i had a dream i was playing undertale and i got to the snowy area and it was mostly the same but papyrus was replaced with this new character Prunsel.

Prunsel’s sprite was a high-contrast black and white photorealistic eyeball, roughly twice as big as papyrus, and looking directly at the viewer. whenever Prunsel “spoke”, the music completely cut out and instead of text it was an ominous red glow emanating from the text box
