I made some concept art for my main antagonist that I probably should've made sooner. I'm gonna make more things that explain my story and world but first here's some drawings about my fallen angel government thingies.

a lot of lore stuff and whatnot.

these are drawings of a guard's equipment. a guard is a fallen angel/ fallen angel descendant government official that roams the multiverse looking for trouble, think of your local police, that's basically what they are. guard uniforms aren't just for guards, all officials wear them, it's just that all guards only wear this uniform. so you can see a hunter in a guard uniform but not a guard in a hunter uniform. the equipment is used by all the officials, not just the guards.

not all of the angels that followed Lucifer fell to hell, a lot of them just fell into the mortal plane. the angels had lost most of their powers and almost all of them lost their immortality, out of fear of extinction they had offspring with the most angelic creatures they could find, for example, humans. because they were once angels they believed that they were the highest life form in all ways, both physically and morally. and so they believed that they were better and more deserving of power than any other species. they still believed that lucifer's idea was the correct one, so they created a government that followed his ideology across the entire multiverse. because of their strength they succeeded in dominating the dimensions. they have strict laws about dimension hopping and will take extreme measures if not followed for every dimension and planet that can travel.

you heard about guards now it's time to explain hunters. hunters are cops that track down specific criminals across the multiverse, they only track down that one criminal, but will enforce law if in the right place. the difference between guards and hunters is that a guard protects an area, a hunter pursues a person.

this is important to the story because my four main characters are illegally traveling the multiverse, because of that the government sent out a hunter to catch them, the hunters name is Ruth. my main/most seen antagonist.
