Angelina looks through her storage to find a suppressed pistol so she can take out some zombies, meds and a cure so she can heal herself, lastly she grabs a bigger gun to take out much stronger zombies. “Are you sure you want to go alone?” A voice asks from behind. Angelina turns around to see a teenaged little girl standing at the doorway. She smiles, walks over to her, and put her hand on the girls face. “I wish I could bring you Bella, or anyone else in this community. But there’s 5 of us left and I can’t risk losing anyone else that I care about.” She says as her face saddens. Bella sees a tear run down her face and she understands. “You miss him, do you? She asks. Angelina nods and then quickly wipes the tears away. “I do. But I can’t keep thinking about him because I have people here that I need to look after.” She says as she looks out the window, seeing others working hard. She then notices someone’s missing. “Wait, someone’s missing….” She says in a worried tone as she hurries outside with Bella on her tail. She then taps her friend on the shoulder. “Where’s your sister and why didn’t she tell me she was gonna go out?” She asked. She sees them looking back at her, scratching their head, confused as she also sees their best friend looking at them.

Before she could say anything else, Angelina walks back out of the building with some type of bottle in her hand. “Aish, you’re in charge, Alyn, make as many of those explosives you can, and Jackson, keep an eye on Bella, please.” She says as she opens the gate.

Bella walks over to her. “But I want to come-”

“No!” Angelina says quickly. “You’re 13 years old, and I’m not going to let you risk your life! I don’t want you dying to zombies or any other monster that might be out there.” She exclaimed. “Do you understand?”

Bella stared at her for a moment and then nodded. “Yes, ma'am.”

Angelina smiles. “Good. Now, I should be back before sun down.” She walks out of the gate, closes it and begins her journey.

She gets out her swords in order to protect herself, but one of them snuck up behind her and grabbed her. “Heheh you’re mine now.” He said. Bree gasps. “No…please…” she said. She was frightened. He slowly licks her neck and bites down hard. Her eyes went wide as she felt her blood streaming down her neck and then starts to feel him bite down hard as he starts to drink her blood while he squeezes her tightly. She screams in pain as she tries to struggle to get out of his tight grip. The other vampires lick their lips when they smell blood. Their face were showing that they’re hungry for blood.

A blue car could be seen peek out of a corner before backing up behind it, the driver saw the five people keeping a woman down and hid himself for a short moment. Afterwards the same car would shoot out and turn towards the group with screeching tires. The vehicle only stopped once it managed to run over a couple of the vampires. The driver is quick to open fire at the group from inside his car with a short machine gun. Surprisingly enough the bullets all were missing Bree.

All the vampires screamed in agony and disappeared. The one holding Bree, drinking her blood, also disappears. Bree then feels her dropping to the ground but manages to catches herself. She tries to stand but ends up dropping down again as she breathes heavily.

Jacklen looked excited as well and looked through the bucket. “These will do perfectly, but none of these are the rare gem I was talking. We can still take then though.” She hauled the bucket onto her shoulder and led Bree down a pathway. When they for to the bottom they saw a bridge leading up to a cliff with a pedestal holding a glowing Emerald. “That is the ancient treasure we seek.”

Jacklen walked across the bridge up to the pedstal and reached out to grab it, but when her fingr touched it it burnt her.

Jacklen watched in amazment as she healed her hand. “Oh, okay.” Jacklen picked up the bucket as Bree for the Emerald.

When Bree healed Jacklen’s hand a green streak ran through her vain but neither of them saw it. “Okay I guess we should get out of here.”

As Jacklen turned around her eyes glowed green and they went back to the town to sell a few gems. Jacklen kept the Emerald though.

“You’re not going to sell it?” Bree asked curiously. @merryclaus

“Nah, it’s pretty and I might start a collection with it.” Jacklen smiled at the emerald.

Bree blinked. “Ok then.” @merryclaus

Jacklen put the gem in her pocket.

Bree sighed a little. @merryclaus

“I’m not sure what to do next, I don’t have anywhere I need to go, and I explored all the caves and other places I know of.”

Bree looked at her. “Not every cave.” She said. @merryclaus

“Is there one that you know about? I would love to see it.” Jacklen smiled.

She smiled. “Sure. But you must keep a secret for me if I tell you this.” @merryclaus

“I promise.” Joclen held her hand up and swore to secrecy.
