Ever since I started #Banting I've very often felt like a warm bowl of #porridge and would then resort to eating a bowl of #oats which is not allowed. Today was another one of those days so I found this absolutely finger licking good alternative. It's a porridge made of crushed #linseeds #sunflowerseeds #almonds #bananas #coconutmilk & water served with chopped banana, dates, and a little drizzle of honey and is presented in this really cool stackable bowls. OMWord you have to try this! Thank you @tashascafe for this tasty Banting porridge.
