3.0 : Face Challenges and Cope up with Adaptive Coping Strategies!
Have you ever experience struggling? I bet we all did. But, how do we prioritize our health during this times?
Let me share MY ways.
I prioritize my health every hard times comes by keeping a strong state of mind. I take care of my mental state.
There are two things I always do each time that I have to cope with my personal challenges. These two are examples of Adaptive Coping Strategy.
The first one is, basketball. To release and free myself from any frustrations or heavy feelings during those bad days, I find myself playing basketball. Distracting your mind by doing activities you like is a great way to overcome the negativities.
The second one is all about selling. Personally, selling gives me the purpose of distracting myself by also benefiting from it. Not only you can also solve financial challenges but it can also help you think of other ways to be productive even if you are trying to face other stuffs you have to handle later on.
These two helps, so, why not try it out? Or, why not use adaptive strategies and be a great warrior fighting against challenges?
