HOW TO DUMB YOURSELF DOWN
1. Stop reading. Reading gives you so many things: opinions, knowledge of current events, outside perspectives, and general knowledge. But all that does is distract you. You want to win the race of how quiet, opinion-less and ignorant you can really be, which really means being obsessed with the kind of sex that does not include you.
10. Waste your time. This doesn't mean doing meaningful things that are commonly thought to be a waste of time.
