I will say this about my dear friend here. Whenever I knock on his trailer door at work and I’ll come in and, ya know, talk to him about something or run some lines or whatever, he’s generally got a guitar in his lap. And he’s trying to figure out how to play a certain tune. But it’s like - and he’ll nail the intro and it’ll stop there. Or, he’s got a part of it and it’s like generally his favorite part of the song. I don’t normally hear him play like a song all the way through, it’s more just, what we call noodling? So he does a lot of that but he’s very good at it and I hope you guys would encourage him to continue that because he is good at it and he should do it more.

In honour of our overlord JarPad, and the celebration of AKF 1, and the gift that is AKF 5, we here at jarpadnco are doing a little AKF giveaway! The whole AKF movement has meant a lot to me. The morning of the announcement for the very first campaign, I was having a really rough time. Nothing was going quite right in my life, and I felt more alone than I had in years.

I was struggling with a lot of personal issues, and reading Jared’s message of kindness and strength is what has kept me fighting to this day. I know I’m not alone anymore, and I know that there are many of you who are also struggling with your own demons.
