Random ahh question ik ik, what's your favourite dessert?
Random Ass Question, Poetic Answer
Like most things in life, I'm not sure I have a straightforward answer. I thought maybe it's ice cream- Cookies 'n Cream Blue Bell. Or perhaps strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting; Peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream. The more I think on it, dessert is not among my favorite things. I'm savory, often sour. Perhaps I'm more familiar with just deserts, given my history of learning about consequences.
But I think my answer might be silly and small moments in life that may seem insignificant but bring great joy. That's the sweetness for me.
Like a stranger person reading my words and finding themselves in them. A random message about sweet treats that spells favourite with the u, reminding you of your daughter's name and how you chose the u spelling because it really is superior. And how 6 years ago this message wouldn't have made me think of that. She didn't exist yet. Actually the sweetest thing in the whole world is that she is.
