trying to find werewolf horror / folk horror / romance novels without the 'fated mates' and alpha/omega tropes feels nearly impossible lol. i don't mind pack dynamics i just. i love werewolves for a whole slew of reasons that have nothing to do with any kind of spice.

if anyone has any suggestions (except shiver by maggie stiefvater, i have that one) i would love some ideas.

You know what, I’m gonna change my thinking & speech to ”when Valko is added” and ”when Valko is in the game”, though I’ve never done any of that manifesting stuff and don’t have a clue how it’s supposed to be done, but at this point I refuse to think that they would just give up on him & scrap him after years of hard work. And they’ve surely seen how this thing has broken containment and isn’t just within the pre-existing fandom anymore, so high chances of new players.

This thing is just a speed bump, and we’re gonna roll over it, okay?!
