As I enjoy and appreciate the fact that you are able to look beyond my slight narcissism and see much deeper. I just want to remember myself as I look now. I’m not silly enough to believe that even my own beauty won’t diminish over time.. Perhaps I worry about putting on some extra weight with the holidays and everything coming up.

I’ve never really seen a reason to put a limit on ‘my’ days. I just am fully appreciating how I look. I’m definitely thinner than all of my sisters and there’s just something about me that just shines a little bit more.

Even more so. Except I’ll be thinking of the perfect nursey colors instead obsessing over every single pro and con of our home. I think it’ll be much less stressful for the both us. I’m sure a lot more fun at least at first, but I’ll try my very best not to get too far ahead of myself. We need to make it happen first, although I have no doubts over your abilities and I’ve heard getting there is half the fun. I can guarantee some early celebratory activities if you make your way home sooner rather than later, Mr. Hensley. 

Shall I do like for the house and nod along whenever you say something? You do enjoy when I agree with you after all. It most certainly will be fun. I’ve heard people partake in a lot of different positions that apparently facilitate the process. You will be happy to know I’ll be quite willing when it comes to this. I concur you’ll find enough articles for me to be more knowledgeable about what will unfold. I’ve got a lot to learn, but it’s something we can do together. You won’t have to tell me twice. I’m on my way right now.

I can’t believe this. I’m just so– I’m so, so beyond happy at the very idea of it. I’m freaking out. We are not staying in tonight, definitely not. I’m calling and making a reservation to our favorite place for dinner and we are going to properly celebrate. I’m leaving right now, I have to find the perfect outfit for this occasion–I’m trying not to fall out of my seat, but you know what this means right? Everything. Everything will happen, and we have to reevaluate our whole lives. There would be so much planning to do– You’re certain, certain?

Will the planning be as thorough as when you decided that each house we had visited needed its own folder? I’m telling you right now, there better not be one about my sperm. I wouldn’t venture into such important territory if I wasn’t a hundred percent sure of it. So yes, I am certain. I told you we’d find a way to celebrate tonight. It’s not like I tend to disappoint, huh. I guess I also don’t have to rush home since you’ll be plenty occupied looking for the perfect outfit... unless I’m promised some kind of early celebration.

I know that at times I can be rather impatient and I’ve never wanted to make you feel like what we have now isn’t enough with just the both of us because it is. You haven’t misunderstood me at all. I think you know by now I go at my own pace, no matter what your plans might be. Which I’d say has worked quite well for us, don’t you think? We’re in a good place and it’s something I’m looking forward to. I never truly knew who would be the other piece of the puzzle, but right now everything’s pretty clear to me. ...but we can get another dog, if that’s what you prefer. You seemed excited about it, huh.

You thought perhaps it was too quiet in our home even though the dogs were their normal selves and you claim that I was mumbling? Interesting. I don’t want to make an assumption about what you’re implying and I don’t like getting my hopes up for nothing so I am waiting for you to say it very plainly on what you’re thinking is all.

I did not ruin your top and I will stand by that statement. Though since I am quite the generous soul, you shall find another in your closet tomorrow at the latest. That’s indeed what I said. Interesting is putting it lightly. This isn’t a one way street, Miss Fabray. As a man, I can’t impose such thing on you. And I am not entirely confident you actually see me fit for the job or even want to take that kind of step with me so... a little help from your side would be appreciated.

What are you getting at, Mr. Hensley? There’s many things that could make me happy, but it seems that you have something specific in mind and I would hate to sound foolish to keep taking stabs in the dark about what you intend. 

The idea isn’t to make you feel or sound foolish at all. I simply realized something when I woke up this morning -- it was too quiet. The dogs were running around and you were mumbling about that top you swore I had probably ruined and decided to get rid of... yet, it felt like something else could be going on. Someone else could be waking me up as violently as you did.

Some people are that foolish. My deepest desire? You’re so funny. As if my mind even went there! Not even a little bit, Mr. Hensley. Just so you know. I suppose it depends on what you exactly mean. There’s many things a girl like myself desires, but it doesn’t have to be overly complicated. There’s an ugly rumor going around that even I, Quinn Fabray can enjoy the simplicity of a quiet evening at home in comfy clothes sharing a bottle of wine with my beloved. But, there’s also something to be said about private jets, diamonds, adopting another dog, and Paris too.

So when one mentions your deepest desire... this is what you come up with? A quiet evening at home, fancy items and another dog. Not that there’s anything wrong with any of it -- I would be inclined to give you those things. But, come on. There is something you’ve always wanted. Haven’t you? I know exactly what I’m hinting at, but I shall let you lead me to it nonetheless.

I’ve seen enough episodes of Love it or List it to know that to get everything I want we will have to go a little outside of the city. There’s a few homes I’m interested in that are in the Oakland area. I’m ready for space and perhaps an actual yard. Of course some renovations might need to occur even looking outside of the immediate area, but I heard my boyfriend cares about me so much and has deep pockets. 

Love it or List it? Is that an actual thing? I’m quite thankful you’ve never tried to make me watch any of this -- very thankful actually. Though, I was definitely aware we’d have to choose something outside San Francisco. Have you looked near where your friend Kevin lives? It’s closer. But, Oakland is not so bad. 30 minutes away would be quite manageable. Deep pockets, you say? Aren’t you so lucky then. Let’s call him right now, shall we.
