Lots of news!
First off, the Discography section has been fixed! There's going to be a total of 5 Jatun releases before the end of this year. The first two will be released in October, one a tribute to Angus Scrimm & the Phantasm horror franchise, and the second is my sci-fi / horror soundtrack for a film that was not able able to finish production (thankfully I didn't sign the music off).
In other news, together with some friends of mine we started Bridge Of The Gods, a newly launched artist collective / label, created to showcase the work of artists solely from the Pacific Northwest. These are the first two releases slated for BOTG, with others to follow from local acts Pinscape, Sidereal Clockwork, lowcreeper, High Light, Dunes of Bandon, Can-D, Exit Signs, Jatun, Biltmore Dive and others. These releases will be available digitally worldwide on iTunes and other services. They'll be on Bandcamp as well, for those of you seeking WAVs instead of mp3s.
The new Jatun EP will be released in November and the S/T Remix album will be available in early December (this way I can press some cassette tapes). The fifth album will be released in December, and it has been a long time coming. 10+ years in the making. While I thought about digging up an old moniker to release it under, it's unequivocally a Jatun release and it always has been. I at one time wanted to release a double album, one with beats and guitars and all that, and the other would have been ambient. That ambient album is titled "The Scientist and His Lonely Experiments." The song I’ve linked above is for the new Biltmore Dive album! Biltmore Dive returns with a new release, and you can check out a demo version of a heavy, fast paced song that will appear on the EP, called "Smash Something."
