Tea Drops
Reviews are not what i do here generally but this is one that was nagging at me this morning so here it is:
Flavor is good for most of them and thats about it for the positives. They advert not wasting a tea bag but each drop is wrapped in a fairly thick plastic and the usual tea sachet is in either paper or aluminium both i believe degrade faster than plastic as do the string, mesh bags, and paper tabs. So what you end up with is basically loose leaf except its ground down such you can't even negate the debris by putting the drop in a tea strainer.
Unless your REALLY into, idk, reading tea leaves I'd say pass. The packaging is cute though
Tips on cooking over easy egg
1) get ya pan hot and oiled (im using coconut which means im also careful on smoke point)
2) Pinch ya egg whites to break em open and allow them cook more evenly
3) when ya egg whites are solidly cooked on the bottom, give a light flip (this part will take practice, confidence, and/or a more thorough tutorial than this)
4) take the pan off the heat, trust me residual heat will cook ur egg whites. If u want over medium u can leave over the heat element for a bit but i dont recommend listening to anyone saying anything about whole minutes thats gunna get u way closer to over hard which u could have sped up by puncturing ur yolk at this stage anyway.
5) flip back over and serve. I did crack my yolk a bit there in the dismount but i still have all my yummy yolk and none left in the pan so like its a win

Strawberry rhubarb pie with a sucree dough basket. Temp in kitchen was NOT letting me do a good lattice so i just hatched it ☺️
Anyway i kept fucking up so i made this almond cake roll amd decorated it with the candied ginger i made today
