You hear that? Thatâs the sound of a hedgehog faceplanting yet again. You think at some point heâd figure out just the right way to get these wings working.

You hear that? Thatâs the sound of a hedgehog faceplanting yet again. You think at some point heâd figure out just the right way to get these wings working.
Yâknow what I also hate?
When people go on anon because theyâre too cowardly to insult people straight to their faces.
If you have a problem with me, my AU, or my Jazz, tell me to my face or keep your fucking silence.
Because if you send anything on anon thatâs even relatively insulting, Iâm ignoring it. I donât deal with entitled pissbabies.
Yâknow, if you donât like an OC being paired with a canon character, just donât fucking follow them. Donât interact with them. Stop acting like weâre forcing you to even look at them.
The block button is there for a reason, you damn cowards. Stop being petty little children and fucking leave, you entitled brats. Jazzâs AU is clearly not for you if you donât like it this much.
SHA-SHA-SHADOW!
âSP-SP-SPEED!â
âPFfft-â
Rebecca let out a barking laugh before calming down and grabbing Jazz straight out of the air.
âOkay, what yâgotta do is imagine âem as new limbs. First, try stretching âem out, Iâll hold ya up here so you donât lose your balance.â
Being grabbed like that made him let out an unexpected squawk. Looks like his body was adapting to these new limbs faster than even he thought they would. At least he stopped flapping like a mad-hog.
She giggled. She totally giggled.
âSo thatâs where they went.â
Hearing those giggles the hedgehog jumped right at the source. Grabbing onto the now fully human Rebeccaâs face, Jazz clung fast and started flapping his new wings wildly.
âHow do I use these things?â
Since your wife doesn't have her wings. M!A you get her wings for as long as her magic anon lasts!
At first the hedgehog did not really notice, his seat suddenly felt more uncomfortable but he didnât pay it that much mind, it wasnât that bad. But once he got up and his wings kept running into things and knocking stuff over. He stopped and looked back. Giving a few test flaps, and knocking more stuff over in the process, he just sighed.
âRebecca!â
A starter for @jazzkizuna
It took a lot of trial and error, but Yosuke finally figured out how to get to the Zone of Shadows, where Rebecca lived. The area felt different than Inaba, as if it was made out of a foreign energy⊠which would make sense, actually. Even though it was dark, everything glowed beautifully. It was really a sight to see.
After some exploration, Yosuke thought that he found the castle that she lived in. Although, someone was outside. Was that her husband, Jazz? Rebecca had mentioned him a few timesâŠ
âHey! Iâm Rebecca-sanâs friend, Yosuke. Is she around?â
Sitting down on that stone bench out in the garden, Jazz got comfortable, and opened up a book he brought with him. He has not had a chance to read like this in quite a while and he was really looking forward to finally finishing this series.
Quickly nearing the end the hedgehog heard some unfamiliar footsteps approaching. But he still did not look up from his story. Hearing the voice he silently held up one of his hands as if to say âhold onâ as he flipped over to another page, looked like that was the last page in the book.
Finally finishing up and closing the book he took a moment before he looked up to the visitor and greeted them with a smile. Why did most humans have to be so tall?
âIâm sorry about that. Yosuke right? Rebeccaâs told me a lot about you and your zone.â
Waking up due to one of the twins pulling on some hair in their sleep, Jazz kept quiet and gently pried their hand off of his chest. The baby was disturbed somewhat but with a smooch from Jazz they calmed back down, and without bothering their twin either.
Straightening out the blanket over the three of them, Jazz was all set to fall back to sleep, but then he let out a somewhat loud cough. Why the ultimate life form, human or not, would let out a cough he had no idea but he had bigger problems now. The sound and movement was enough to wake the both of the babies back up and they were cranky.
Carefully sitting back up and cradling the both of them in his arms, he did his best to calm them back down. He got so focused on his children he didnât even noticed his ebony fur, crimson striped quills, and snow white fur on his chest returning. Until one of them grabbed a couple hand fulls of snow white that is.
{âč} â Nothing came to the heroâs head so he simply shrugged at Jazzâs words.
â Ready when you are.âÂ
A quick moment to focus and recharge was all he needed to teleport both himself and the blue hedgehog back to his zone, and right into the castle too.
âNeed anything donât be afraid to ask.â
{âč} â Arrow didnât fight it, it wasnât like he was really upset anyway..for the most part, but the mention of food put a quick stop to that.Â
â Like Iâd say no tâ a family dinner, âs been a while since Iâve visited anyway.âÂ
Breaking off the hug the black hedgehog still had a big smile on his face.
âWell if thereâs nothing left to do here I can get us both there. Just tell me when youâre ready to go.â
{âč} â Arrow just stuck out his tongue in the second display of his true maturity for the day. â Noted, next time wonât be so easy for ya. Especially since thereâs no way you could beat me without using those little Chaos tricks.âÂ
His light laugh turned into a larger, heartfelt one as he pulled the blue hero into a hug.
âWould you like to join us for dinner today, Arrow? Iâm sure we can whip up some chilidogs for you if you donât like what weâre having.â
{âč} â The hero folded his arms as he leaned against the weather capsule, shrugging at the question. â Well, yeah but when someone says âraceâ I think foot race.âÂ
âShould have said something at the start then.â
The hedgehog stated with a light laugh.
âNot my fault you were too slow.â
{âč} â â The fact that I actually used my feet tâ get here, thatâs what.âÂ
It was obvious the hero was more amused that actually irritated, after all it was his fault for not setting some kind of guidelines for the race. Next time though, he wonât forget.
Letting out a yawn he just kept on stretching.Â
âArenât you able to chaos control too? Could have done that too ya know.â
{âč} â Arrowâs eye twitch at the realization and his only response to the lack of response was him shoving Jazz off his seat because he was utterly mature like that.Â
That did the trick of waking him up. But rather than yell out or anything he just simply used chaos control for a second time before he reached the ground. Landing on his feet on top of the capsule he stretched out.
âHey Arrow. What took you so long?â
{âč} â Boy, oh boy, how Arrow wished he had thought of that. Sure it only took him nearly a blink of an eye to get to the capsule himself but having to avoid a few obstacles put a damper on his time.Â
Skidding to a stop as he approached the capsule the blue hedgehog gave a playful glare to the older hedgehog. â Nice. Canât keep your feet on the ground, eh?â
Jazz would have liked to respond to the younger hedgehog, really he would have. But in the loooong time it had taken for Arrow to get there he had already dozed off.
{âč} â Arrow just stood there for a second, dumbstruck even though if given the chance he would have done the exact same thing. Either way Jazz would need more than fancy tricks to win this!
The hero took off after him, or so he assumed, blazing the path to the finish line.
Having direct line of sight made it more than easy enough for Jazz to make it to his destination in a single jump. Finding a place to sit on the ruined device the hedgehog leaned back, relaxed, and waited for the other to get there.
