I just really love the idea of Zutara with a Rowaysa type dynamic
If you havent read the serafina series theres these 2 character rowena and waysa that literally meet because shes trying to kill his friend and the friends boyfriend who later becomes his bestie but also her dad literally slaughtered his entire family
Not long after she does successfully murder his friend he finds her out in the woods wounded so bad if she didnt get help she would have died (her dad did it as punishment for losing the black cloak when she killed serafina) and he heals her up and they fall in love
BUT they never admit it out loud not in so many words... they know to much shit has happened between them so they part ways to find their own places in the world with the hope that maybe one day their roads will cross again
So yeah anyways these 2 ships occupy the same part of my brain and i love them so much lmao

Day 6: Midnight
Four days until Sozin’s comet. They trained for the impending day. They ran drills and practice matches. Then Aang refused to kill his father. The perfect Avatar to restore the peace to the world would not kill the man responsible for all the destruction this war had brought.
So Zuko broods, until there’s a water bender knocking at his door.
Ambassador Katara discovers that Zuko has a crush on her almost as soon as, if not before, he does, and she’s intrigued to find she doesn’t hate the idea. But instead of dealing with it like an adult - because, spirits, it would make everything between them so complicated! - she decides to just tease the shit out of him to see how long it takes him to crack and confess. She even has a running bet with Suki.
Of course, this all comes crashing down when Zuko finally takes the hint.
