Did anyone else go through a random recovery where your mental health just improved in general which allowed you to kick your ED mentality to the curb and see through body dysmorphia but then gained a decent amount of weight making you unhappy with your body and reverting back to ED habits even though you don’t have the same obsession anymore and now feel like you don’t really have an ED anymore because it’s not that bad you just have disordered eating and also kinda wish your mental health would just fuck up so you could at least go back to being a real Anorexic/bulimic ect. Because boy this feels shit and confusing and I really do feel like I’m faking it now.

Cardio work out machines are actually best in intervals. It allows more fat to be burned in between intervals while your heart rate is still up.

If you don’t have a work out machine at home or a membership to a gym, you can also jump rope, which is great exercise, walk, jog, or dance. Look up all the ways you can mindlessly burn calories such as tapping your foot.

Drink at least 3 liters of water, no binges plz, walk at least until you burn 500 kcal walking 13,000 steps daily and you'll get it, good luck princesses and princes😻☠🌈😇
edit: if you see that your metabolism is getting slower, you have to skip dinner next day, and say good bye to the raisins, and the butter, just a little bit of olive oil, then when you lose 1 kg per day you can return it to normal :)
As i promised "easy diet 2.0" but more restrictive and for everyone, make 1 hour of exercise every day and drink 2 liters of water💖

I go from wanting to never eat again to wanting to eat normally to wanting to eat everything in the kitchen and then back to not wanting to eat again multiple times a day and I’m just very tired of it okay

Friendly reminder that if you’re fasting, don’t be a fucking idiot and take caffeine pills on an empty stomach. Don’t dump diet pills onto an empty stomach. You’re already setting yourself up for an irreversible heart problem by fasting so much. Don’t make yourself dizzy when you haven’t eaten for a few days because you’ll pass out and crack your noggin off the floor. I can’t stop you, but don’t let your e.d. turn you into a fucking moron. You know better. This has been a psa.

just did a 1000 calorie workout, the one pictured. and it absolutely kicked my ass but i feel a little better abt myself after binging yesterday. i was gonna do it twice bc ik i ate more than 1000calories but i can’t get off the floor lol
