took laxatives after a binge and fasted all day yestderfay i’m now 3 lbs down and at my lowest weight. 116.5 YAY! but i know it’s all water weight n stuff but i’m starting a diet i made up for myself until valentine’s day at least so i’m hoping i can get a lot more pounds off. at least to 115 in real weight bc even tho i’m 1.5 lbs away from that i still have the same fat i do at 119 so hopefully i can get to 115 in real weight in a month

• Bullion broth (w/ equivalent water)*
• Coffee (w/ < 1.5 T coconut milk)

* I make sure to drink at least an equivalent volume of water as broth since it’s very high in sodium.
** My recipe is whatever vegetables I have in water with lemon juice, soy sauce, and hot sauce to taste. Even on a liquid fast I eat the vegetables for fiber. 40-60 per cup depending on the veggies you use.
*** Apple in water with lemon and cinnamon, simmer for about 10 minutes. I personally discard the Apple but you could also eat it (in which case it’s pretty much applesauce). 50-90 per serving.

ok so i’m definitely a savory food lover over sweets and i just did the greatest thing. so i’m liquid fasting til christmas and missing food a bit so i made myself savory tea!!!
i put salt, pepper and province herb (which u need to try they’re so amazing on like everything) in a tea bag and steeped like tea it’s p much like broth but it can be any flavor u want and it’s like no calories since it’s tea and tea is no calories! i rly feel like i did something w this
fav way to trigger myself and keep fasting is going thru who my boyfriend follows on instagram and seeing what girls who are prettier and skinnier than me whose pictures he likes !! bonus points for when they’re provocative pictures 🙃🙃
