We won't post the rest of our inbox, as some have asked us to stop clogging the tags, but the votes have been almost entirely unanimous in support of coming back.

Feel free to argue your case in the post below.

i appreciate you guys wanting to bring this back, but honestly: please don't. there was so much opportunity for people to cause discourse for fun on jcink anon and start fights with themselves, straight up, and while you tried your best to moderate it, its impossible with so many posts. please just leave it the tea blogs who have the opportunity to at least approve before posting.

there's an option on dreamwidth for all comments to be screened/pre-approved before posting. part of the reason we chose that platform was for demonstrated transparency, however, during a time when the other tea blogs came under suspicion of 'curating' their posts.

i hope you all come back. there were some really productive conversations near the end of the blogs lifetime and i'd like to be able to have that back. tattler is miserable to keep up with....

if anything, at least the discussions would be linear again.

Why Bother?

We've had venting channels in resource servers, RP discussion subforums on resource sites, and most recently a tea blog. What do all three have in common? You post what the mods allow you to post. And what the mods allow you to post depends on the mods' agenda. The mods at @jcinkanon don't care what you post. name drop, blind item, screenshots, confessions, receipts, rumors: whatever. The name of the game here is transparency. Your venting, confessions and tea will be unfiltered, and lightly moderated.
