I support the headcanon that Commander Mars is Silver’s sister and Jupiter as the younger sister of Hearthomes City gym leader Fantina. Based on this screenshot I changed the Galactic Admin’s poses, uniforms and adjusted Jupiters attire similar to Fantinas (upper) dress. She also wears a small version of the Drifloon brooch on her ear. As for Saturn…cat ears hair is cute!
