It’s sometimes hard to know when I’m one ‘me’ or another. Please keep trying to insist I tell them who I am when they ask, but I don’t always know. It’s blurry so much of the time.

Some ‘me-s’ aren’t as obvious. Some blend together, or their whole job is to hide.

A lot of the time I’m dissociating from myself and actively trying not to look inward. Resisting my own body and mind like same-pole magnets.

If the whole point of having this fucking disorder is to dissociate from myself then how am I expected to be able to look inward and be self aware?

I’m so full of anger. Jonah hates himself and the rest of us. I want to be able to vent without worrying I’ll say the wrong thing. But if I keep it inside then I’ll die from how it’s crushing me.
