btw Libuše warning about foreign invaders like a boss is my favorite Libuše of all time. I also like this part (PDF has terrible typos so took a photo from my copy).

Since I gained the knowledge that this mountain of Krupnatý (Krupka) is located in Sudety, the last two lines have another level of impression on me.

Rebloging with some info because it dawned on me that Libuše’s prediction might not be as famous as other stories about her.

One day, people gathered around Libuše, stating that their Bohemian Land doesn’t have enough metal, and they asked her to use her spiritual power to locate where metal veins and mines are.

So Libuše used her power of prediction, showing the people where veins and mines are. While spotting the mines, Libuše often mentions that the people should be warned because metals would be threatened by “neighbors from west” and “foreigners”. Thus the meme. The quotes in the meme and the original post are from this scene.
