⌈✶⌉ ❛ Who are you? ❜ Her figure stood in place as her eyes studied the room. ❛ I am Obi Wan Kenobi.❜ Slightly jumping as the voice echoed and her breathing quickened. ❛ What do you want?❜ There was another moment of silence and Rey began to feel the pull. Narrowing her eyes as she gazed down. ❛ Open it Rey.. ❜ Slowly she pushed the lid up and back. ❛ This belonged to my Padawan. He was consumed by The Dark Side and was lost forever. Someone from his line has risen. Someone that has been seduced by the darkness. Rey.. you aren’t a nobody. The Force, The Jedi, The Sith. They all exist. And you are a part of it. You are of my blood. ❜ Obi Wan paused. ❛ I’ve watched over you since you were a child. You were left on Jakku to be protected. ❜ Shaking her head as tears rolled down her pale skin. ❛ Your parents loved you Rey. Never mistake that. ❜ Lowering to her knees as her heart continued to sink in her chest. ❛ I could not save Anakin Skywalker from the Dark Side but you can save his grandson. He battles the Light and Dark within. You must restore balance. You must restore the Skywalker name. You have the power to do anything Rey. You are a Kenobi. You just have to embrace it. Embrace the Light. ❜

Anakin Skywalker’s lightsaber rested in her palms, tears stained her grey pants as she focused on the object in her hand. She felt a connection but why? Why her? Was what Obi Wan was saying was true? Was she more than just a scavenger? Should she embrace her bloodline? ❛ No.. I don’t want any part of this. ❜ Rey shook her head as the lightsaber slid off her thighs and on to the ground. The fear began to fill her chest as she just ran. Finally stopping to catch her breath as the silence of the forest was broken by a familiar droid. ❛ BB-8. You have to go back to Han Solo and Finn. I have to leave. ❜ Incoming crafts from The First Order were arriving on Takodana and Rey knew what they were after. ❛ You have to hide. I’ll hold them off. ❜ Her voice was soft, flashing a soft smile as BB-8 beeped in response and nodded. ❛ We’ll see each other again my friend. ❜ Listening as the droid rolled off and quickly Rey grabbed her blaster from her belt loop. Someone was here. The connection was undeniable and Rey wondered if this was the person Obi Wan Kenobi mentioned. The person she was meant to save.
