Y’all do something productive with your down time!!! Don’t just sit around and do nothing. Clean, pick up a new hobby, learn something new, take like 20 mins out of your day to give yourself some love. If you work it may not be so easy, but find the time to have a little me time. We can make light out of a dark time. This quarantine doesn’t have to be a bad thing. This virus is bringing us one good thing and that’s time. Time to love ourselves. Time to spend with others. Time to check on that relative we haven’t spoken to in a while. This is a time where we need each other more than ever. Let’s make the best of this shitty situation. Spread some love. Give love. Choose love. Be love.
