Regarding the dialogue in Angelo's date: Edgar having feelings for Emz and her dating Poco is nothing new. Coledgar not being canon has never been an issue to me and it never stopped me from making art I enjoy, and it shouldn't stop anyone else either.

Shipping does not usually mean you wish or think a pairing is official, for me it's more a way to explore characters and simply have fun. Therefore I encourage anyone to keep enaging with any ships they enjoy regardless of them happening in the source material!

Plus I believe that if the ship had actually anything wrong with it other than being "odd" it would have been brought up, but since the only mentioned factor is attraction I doubt Edlette is in any way an issue.
