Today, I am incredibly humbled to join a small group of Certified Integral Facilitators on this planet we call home. I am in complete awe of what this 9-month community lived together and the futures we prototyped with, on, and through each other. It was messy, chaotic, deeply touching, enlivening, and full of love. It was fully human. We lived and moved through conflict, shadow, gender relations, polarity of all kinds, embodiment, play, joy, meditation, developmental psychology, Integral dynamics, and much more. I'm not exaggerating when I say my whole life changed from this experience. I changed in unfathomable ways. I lived a whole range of ways of being that we're dormant and also just emerging. It isn't so much that I grew up, more that I become more whole. I grew in and I grew out. There is so much richness in this experience, it will take me months and probably years to fully appreciate. There is also the grief of this ending. I am again, humbled to say that through this program and the incredible 18 other cohort members, I lived so much life and experienced the beauty of existence in ways I didn't even know were possible. At the end of the day, we we're just a group of people sitting together in a meeting room in Salt Lake City. I am totally blown away. To Cohort 5 - I love each one of you deeply and dearly. Thank you. I have huge gratitude and love for the incredible faculty: Diane Musho Hamilton, Rebecca Ejo Colwell, Dr. Cindy Lou Golin, and Rob McNamara as well as the staff who keep this full program running. @ten_directions_ This is hands down the most incredible learning experience I have ever had and an investment I would make in myself again in a heartbeat. 🙏🙏🙏💗💗💗🌎🌎🌎
