not a question but i was absolutely obsessed with this musical when i was in middle school, and my love for it resurfaced fairly recently! seeing a place here full of fans for the musical has made my inner child so happy :)

Im not sure if you would know this but do you guys have any idea if/why “Lucy meets Hyde” is placed in between transformation and alive? I like the song, but I feel like it doesn’t make sense for ANY song to be in between the other two

It's actually been cut from multiple productions before! The main reason it exists is as a parallel to "Lucy Meets Jekyll". It's meant to show Hyde off a bit more to the audience and show us just how sinister he is! An eye of the storm moment. :D

Been weighing the pros and cons a bit and I genuinely think that if the audience is questioning if it’s happening in a public place, it not only raises the stakes, but makes the whole thing objectively kinkier
