Content Submission: Art, edits, fics, poetry, amvs, headcanons, manga colorings, playlist, text posts, etc, and pretty much anything else is acceptable.

Event Tag: Content can either be submitted to this blog or you can use the tag #jelrayweekend2021 in your first five so that we can see it! Please also mention the blog @jelrayweek​ since the tags do not work sometimes. 

Event Rules: • Any NSFW must be tagged appropriately. If your content contains any triggers please tag them (ex. self-harm, depression, gore, etc.) • Any work with incest, pedophilia, character or ship bashing will not be accepted. • All work must be original and created for this event. Day 4: Hands/Whisper

TW: slight NSFW

It's been three months into their marriage and they still in honeymoon mode. It feels like a nag at the moment to be back as usual when Jellal and Gray wanted to spend time more with each other. On their last holiday morning, kisses is just what they needed to start their day. Light kisses here and there earning chuckles from each other.

"Pancakes?" whispered Jellal while Gray caressed his face gently.

"After you ruined my ass last night? I needed more than that." replied Gray, also with whisper.

"Alright, along with eggs and bacon then."

Day 3: Almost/Spaces

"We were almost. Almost a thing. Sure that we have feelings for each other and it's undeniable, because our career differences and how different our environment is, it never happened. We need our own spaces and needs and it's hard to be together in the same place.

But that doesn't mean we don't contact each other. We're just friends again just like before we engage something more than friends. We talked and talked during our free days and sometimes on hours end.

I really wonder if there will come a day that our heart aches for each other again, desperate for intimate affection, kisses and cuddling as such. "

Day 2: Stars/Alleys

"Ever since I found him laying on the beach, I have this feeling that I simply couldn't look away from him. I just couldn't. My eyes glued to him. Our language differences makes it hard to understand each other at first, after I taught him human language where he understand and quite a quick learner tbh, he claimed himself as a star. I simply couldn't believe his shit at firstbut with that language difference that sounds like someone swallowing a fish, I simply nodded.

Few days to weeks to months I spent time with him, I have this comfort whenever I'm with him. Not even when he's glowing like he show me now, I felt the his invisible warmth that I can't tell myself. He brings comfort that I needed.

Even though he's not glowing as always as he is right now, he shine bright on this alley of mine I called life. "

Day 1: Wretched/Divine

"I'm here, " said Gray. He revealed his actual self by letting out his wings to bring comfort to Jellal, obviously a wretched man that could be seen with his collective swollen eyes from periods of crying.

"You lied to me, you said you weren't-"

"I know. But that doesn't matter now. I'm here for you as my true self, I can't bear to see you like this," said the divine, kissing Jellal's forehead and holding his hand.

Blue-haired man didn't know whether to reciprocate the hand holding as the news came upon so suddenly. A mortal like him, have a lover with a divine entity? He thinks he doesn't deserve Gray, after all he's an angel.

Jelray Week 2020

Day 1: Light

Summary: Jellal was a galaxy and Gray was pulled into that stellar system, but he forgot that galaxies do not have oxygen, after all.

Pairing: Jellal x Gray

It was his magic—luminous, glowing, so bright—which drew Gray toward him. And all of that was so ironic because both of them had darkness running so deep in their veins that they sometimes forgot the very existence of light.

Jellal's magic called to him.

And Gray blindly followed it in the dark.

It was his eyes that made him stay. They glittered and shined and Gray coul swore that he would see galaxies in them.

Jellal was a galaxy. A system of stars burning and bounded by gravity.

The gravity of Jellal's eye called to him.

And Gray found himself being pulled closer to them every day.

It was his heart which became his demise.

It was so full and had so much light inside of it that Gray almost found it blinding. He scoffed at the irony again. But Jellal would smile at him and hook his finger under his chin, pulled his face closer to his lips and whispered a promise of love which broke Gray.

And so, he would combust every time he would be with Jellal. He would throw his arms around him. Tightly. He would take rapid breaths because even breathing would stop being an effortless task.

Gray was pulled into that stellar system, but he forgot that galaxies do not have oxygen, after all.

Their love collided and crumbled down, like meteoroids shattering and swirling in space.

Once in a while, when Gray was back on his earth, he would catch a glimpse of those shooting stars. Their tail glittering with a love which soon turned into dust.

He would still look at them.

Because it was his magic—luminous, glowing, so bright— which drew Gray toward him.
