Strawberry Rhubarb Muffins! 

one of my own recipes 

370F for 25-30 mins

2cups flour

1&1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

3/4 cup brown sugar & 3/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup apple sauce

pinch cinnamon & nutmeg

2 cups of rhubarb & strawberries (mostly rhubarb)

1tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

Topping

tbsp melted/softened butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup walnuts

tsp cinnimon

added the front garden finally.... with flowers for attracting more bees - and most are trap crops for japanese betels.
