Lisette: There is a little chocolate egg waiting for you at my place when you get home. Happy Easter JeniBear. XOXO, Aunt Lissy.
Jen: Awe Lis! Good thing I picked up a big pink stuffed rabbit for you.....bad thing that Snow assumed it was her new chew toy and...well the rest is history. Happy Easter Lissybear!
"You know those pictures that families are always hanging on their walls with a sense of pride? Those bright, big smiles and vibrant beaming faces, everyone with a secret to hide? I can't even look at them. We had a photographer come to our home once when I was very little. He sat me and my sister down, my mother and father, moved us about like Barbie dolls and shuffled us about just so. He told us to smile and be ourselves. For the first few takes I couldn't even smile. The photographer tried to tell me a joke but, it didn't work. I just knew that my parents were done, that we, as a family, were done...What is the point of all of that? For the world to see how unabashedly happy you supposedly are? No. I cannot even look at those pictures. You never know what people are truly hiding…So, until I find those right memories, the RIGHT ones, the candid moments that really, truly, honest to God, matter? These walls will remain bare.”
Jen to Enzo, about why her walls are completely blank, except for a few pieces of art and musicality.
Was Jen 'alone' on Easter?
she most certainly was not.

"Gut." Greg ran his fingers over his face and made his way slowly towards the chair lowering himself down he looked up at Jenifer and smirked for a moment. She always had a way to make him smile. He trusted the young women mostely because he understood her, he understood the pain that was hidden behind her eyes. He didn’t want to talk about the accident though. He didn’t want to talk about anything, he didn’t even want to talk about Senna. "How you doing, Bennett."
Jenifer, though worried, couldn't help but beam in his direction as he called her Bennett. She canted her head and lightly giggled before scratching the back of her head noting that he'd been hurt. "I like that you still call me Bennett. Not 'baby' Bennett, nothing vulgar, and nothing near St. Clair. It's refreshing." She smiled as she strolled over to the couch across from his seat. "I'm fine. Obviously you're not. So. You gonna explain, or?" She quirked her brow, folding her leg over the other almost impatiently. "Because I mean I know you don't have suicidal tendencies so I'm almost 100% sure that you did not shoot your self in the gut."

"Oh really? You are so lucky I totally didn’t just stab you."
You looking to add to my bullet wound.
" ...UM...no??" She smirked, locking the door behind him. She spun about looking at him curiously. "BULLET wound?" With a raise of her brow, she questioned him, arms folded over her chest.

I let myself in.
"Oh really? You are so lucky I totally didn't just stab you."
Locked Hearts and Hand Grenades. [ Jenifer & Nathaniel]
Look. I don’t know who you are, or what your deal is, but I don’t need a fucking Prince Charming, alright?
The first words she had ever spoke to him echoed in his head as he stared at her from across the room, arms folded over her chest as she laughed. It dawned on him in that moment that that was the first time he had seen her laugh in weeks..months even. Come to think of it, this was the happiest he had seen her in way to long. He looked over his shoulder and nodded at the black truck that sat idle waiting for him, but the nod signaled for it to pull away. Nate had planned on staying long being that the guys had waited to go out for drinks after their court hearing but Nate had caught sight of Jennifer walking into the bar and he wanted to catch up with her.
The fire fighter adjusted his tie as he walked pulling the thing looser then it was before stopping a few feet from him. He didn’t say her name for a moment instead he just watched her, she looked different…she looked happy and he liked it and part of him knew why. He worked for Mancini now he heard things not only that he also had caught a glimpse of Lorenzo’s phone when a text message came threw when the two had been talking. Nate hadn’t brought it up then but he decided he would have a word with the man after he talked to Jen.
Look. I don’t know who you are, or what your deal is, but I don’t need a fucking Prince Charming, alright?
This time her words made him laugh because trust be told from the their very first encounter as strangers Nate hadn’t been able to stop himself from helping her. Granted he had known of the young women whose photo hung on Audrey’s fridge but the two had never talked before but Audrey had spoken nothing but good words about the misguided little girl and now here they were. Nate couldn’t imagine not having rescuing her that night or being annoying as he forced his way into her life. He had a habit of that, but only to the people he felt connected to. Only to the people who he knew that he would be willing to do anything for. He loved Jenifer like she was family and even if she didn’t know it, even if she didn’t understand, Nate had always made a point to make it clean that if she ever needed anything no matter the hour she would always be able to call him.
Nate slide closer to her his arm reaching around and turning her around before pulling her into a hug. He held her for a long moment and then pulled away, the smile on his face wide and welcoming. They really hadn’t spoken in a while but he had missed her greatly. “Hey trouble.” Nate smirked before canting his head to the side. “Hows it hanging?”
Nate had never been one to beat around the bushes and the look in her eyes told him everything he needed to know and weather she knew it or not she cared for Lorenzo a lot more then just a friend. Nate wouldn’t say he knew, instead he was just going to draw it out of her. “So, who is he?”
Look. I don’t know who you are, or what your deal is, but I don’t need a fucking Prince Charming, alright?
As of lately, the sudo-socialite, or whatever this town called her, train-wreck, drug-addict, what-have-you, had often been quite antisocial. She kept to herself, went out only when it was necessary and found her days better spent reading books, and attending her classes. She traveled from A to B and that was all she had seen as a necessity, reaping very little public attention as she created a posh, pristine outlook for herself. She knew she was more than the woman this world plagued her to be, however people tended to enjoy pushing people down for the benefit of their own insight, never seeing past their own jollies, thinking it quite amazing of them that they could belittle and demean the character of others whilst deep down they were nothing but scum themselves. It was a hypocritical nature that Jenifer had long since grown used to, however, it did not mean she had to tolerate it, and thus she didn't. Keeping to herself was often the better half of the scenario. What little the public eye could make of her, the better. But tonight? The sober young twenty-something year old wanted to have a visit with old friends. It was risky, attending the birthday party of an old colleague at a public pub, what with the alcohol at their disposal, but she had succumb to the terms of her livelihood. She knew how to keep herself from stepping over her bounds and becoming inebriated only to stumble back into old habit. She wasn't about to enable that to take place. Instead she was there, dressed to the nines in a lovely little black number, her hair sleek and yet choppy, her makeup refined and delicate, peach stained cheeks and neon pink lips, she looked the proper part of this society. She hadn't anticipated to see Nate present, and thus when he spun her around and embraced her, her brows shot straight up, but she embraced him before making a face, scrunching her nose and all.
"Trouble? Why I have no idea what you are speaking of, kind sir!" She teased with a light laugh. Her lips then curled into a light "O" at his encouragement to know more about this mystery man. How he knew was beyond her...they say that love makes you glow, blah blah blah, but she hadn't really realized anyone had taken notice, she thought she'd been more careful than that. Furrowing her brow, she canted her head attempting to play dumb. "Who is...who?" She asked in return, evening out her creased forehead with an innocent gleam. She took note of his expression and sighed, brushing her lips together as she quirked a brow. "Alright, what do you think that you know, Z?" She snickered, making the 'Z' as obvious as she possibly could, knowing he would take clear notice of the familiar nickname pegged to him by a certain Italian.
We’re doing a junior high style sleepover. I won’t take a no for an answer. I’m sure you have juicy news to spill and I’ll tell you the amazing stories of backpacking in Europe.
"Oooohhh backpacking in Europe? You had me at sleepover! Junk food included? I'll bring the alcohol. Don't pretend like you didn't dabble in at least a bit of wine in junior high." She teased with a hint of sarcasm.
A little more stupid, a little more scared Every minute more unprepared… You know I dreamed about you? For 29 years...
As hard as it is and as tired as I am, I force myself to get dinner at least once a week with my girlfriends, or have a sleepover. Otherwise my life is just work.

"I know I have a bad habit of doing all of that." Anthony spoke softly as his hand gently traced his thumb against the fabric concealing her arm. It was all true, he tended to reserve to only himself when things got bad and it always bit him in the ass. Suffering in silence was what ate him alive but he didn’t know what else to do. Talking about how he felt was a major weak point for the Italian. Taking a deep breath, Tony exhaled and rested his chin upon her head. "I’ll try not to scare you more than I already have.
"Yes. You do." She pointedly stated, sticking with clinging to him, head still resting against his shoulder. "I'm supposed to be one of your best friends right? How can we claim to help each other if we can't even talk, Ant? We gotta stop doing this, meeting like this." She playfully sighed, though there was a clear air of woe in her intonation. "That would be greatly appreciated." She nodded, her eyes looking upward at him, his chin still against the top of her head. She offered him a light grin, but it was faint and fading fast. He held her in a familiar sense, two old friends who'd been through so much together. There was a tenderness to his embrace that reminded her of someone else very near and dear to her heart, which only further warmed her slightly shivering petite body. "So...I'll go first then? With the whole being honest bit, alright?"
I feel like a hermit.
I know.. I’ve just been having a hard time— Dealing, I guess you can say.
"You and me both...but you can't...do that. You can't shut out the world, no matter how much you may want to. I would know, I've tried." She smirked, burying her face against the side of his shoulder. She still remembered vaguely the moments she thought he was gone from her life forever, so clinging to him there was still surreal.
"You get quiet and it kind of freaks me out." She lightly laughed, though it was faint.
I feel like a hermit.
Hey there..
"You really need to come out of your shell more often."
