Menopause is a natural part of life. For whatever reason, we as a society don’t like to talk about human body functions out loud or in public, but I sure do. Suffering from menopause isn’t anything to be ashamed of or embarrassed. For one I used to work in hormone replacement so it’s not just me wanting help with the symptoms. And I actually don’t take it use anything prescribed like hormones, I found I fro better without any just by managing the symptoms with a few tips i put in a blog article.
