I've been thinking for months about what to say so hi. In a month, TeamTale will be 6 years old.

I haven't come here for at least 3 years because I lost my co-creator that year and didn't feel like coming back without him.

I have been drawing and perfecting my story though and I feel like if you guys are up to it I could make a come-back.

Welcome and welcome back people, cause I will be posting my art and new characters when I feel up to it.

Hey isaac. Do u still miss dancing the way u did before u got the injury?

Isaac : Depends. Like yes, it's annoying to have to take crutches everywhere with me but most of the time when I'm dancing I try to put my weight in my arms and valid leg. It's hard at first but it becomes a habit after some time.

Hey do y'all remember me ? I'm Lust ! And once again, I'm not supposed to talk to you guys but I'm soooo bored and you guys Ain't asking anything.

So I decided to tell you the "tragic" story of the DanceTale Kids.

Those two you already saw were sold by their folks to a music group. They were enslaved and forced to dance over and over. They were underfed and punished etc. (As you can see they cut the girl's long hair as punishment.)

In a concert a spotlight fell on the boy and he almost lost his leg. He could have been fine if they didn't force him to train while he was supposed to heal.

They were saved by a guy named...

... Aaron.

Wouldn't trust him if I was you.

So it's been a long time I've got an ask and because of the confinement in my country, I haven't been able to see a doctor to find a way to reduce the way my hands are shaking, so I didn't draw a lot and ruined a few drawings.

But here's some drawings I did, three of the characters aren't relevant to the story yet because I chosed my characters randomly.

1 : Jenna

Jenna is an AU and I don't think it's complicated to know who she is. She's a teen dancer for a music group and will come later in the story.

2 : Fika

I designed Fika when she just became... what she is. Fika is a nurse that has experienced a... lot of bad things in her life. She will appear even later in the story. No, she's not an AU. I have regular OCs too.

Fika is entirely mine.

3 : Sara

She's really one of my favorite adult characters even though I don't draw her much. Sara is mentally instable and even if she was available for asks, what she would say wouldn't make sense. Her name is kinda a secret and only a few people around her call her like that and not by her nickname. She's one of the characters that will appear only once or twice in the story, at the very end.

And now here's two new characters you can interact with !

(I'm so sorry my pen died while colouring her. So now I don't have her shade anymore and will use another.)

This is Rin, she's Dancetale Frisk.

Rin and her lover are both orphans and knew each other for years. They were sold years ago by their biological parents and had nowhere to go until somebody helped them to escape. They both live with him now.

Rin is a really sweet person. Maybe I will change her design one day because I had lost her original drawing one or two years ago and found it a few months ago. Or maybe I will use the old design for another Frisk.

And here's Isaac, he's Dancetale Sans and Rin's boyfriend.

The both of them are street dancers.

Isaac has a leg problem because he had a bad injury on stage once and it didn't heal properly. He can't dance for long periods of time and takes his crutches everywhere he goes.

Why care about some dump ghost?

[Sorry for the late answer with no drawings. This week has been hard.] 

Gonna spoil a thing or two because we’re not really making progress in the story. 

Ganz used to be a sort of lab rat. Where he was, some people could see ghosts and it started to drove other “patients” crazy. So little by little they started to not accept people that were followed by ghosts. But that was years ago. Ganz has never seen a ghost before living with the others. He’s still processing the fact that ghost can not hurt him because they aren’t tangible.

Nightmare's PoV :

Sometimes when we're talking, Ganz just stares behind us with wide eyes.

He doesn't do that only when I'm talking to him but also when Cross or Horror talked to him.

Cross told me that Ganz can see all ghosts, he often does that outside too, just staring at a random thing. Cross can see most of the ghosts too but sometimes she just doesn't see anything. She explained me that ghosts are tortured souls that feel something so powerful for a person that they just stick with the person. It's not uncommon to see someone followed by the ghost of their dead lover for exemple .With Jess it's a bit complicated but Jess would be a hate ghost. It's true that I can sense hate sometimes and I don't know who's feeling it because I can't see ghosts like Cross or Ganz. Cross thinks that if there's another ghost here, it must be a hate ghost. She can't see it but she says that ghost must be a bad one. And she doesn't know who it belongs to.

I wish I could see what's so bad about this ghost.

XXX ? XXX ! Wake up !

I don’t know who they’re talking to. It’s been a really long time since I heard that name. Don’t know who they’re talking to. I’m so tired… I just want to sleep. I sigh.

XXX ! XXX !

Just shut up. I’m trying to sleep. You’re getting annoying.

Come on XXX !

I didn’t answer. This wasn’t my name anymore.

Hey !

This identity I fucking rejected. Stupid. Stupid child. Get out of my head. Stop calling that name, stop calling-

 I woke up, drenched in sweat. That dream again. I took a big breath and the blankets started to move.

“Are you okay ?” he said. “I heard you whimper a couple timesd it seemed like you had a bad dream. I didn’t know if I should wake you up.”

I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I wasn’t gonna cry. Not yet.

“Yeah I’m fine. It wasn’t that bad, you know ? Just the usual “fight your fears” thing, not a problem.”

He moved towards me and pushed my head against the pillows. He laughed a bit.

“Then just go to sleep then.” He said as he hugged me close. He suddenly let go of me and moved away, like if touching was lethal. Not that that was wrong…

“Damn you’re hotter than usual.”, he hissed.

“I know, I know. Thanks.”

“No dumbass, you’re REALLY hot, like close to the sun hot.”

“Wow, I knew you loved me but am I really that beautiful ?”

He stayed silent and pulled away, turning his back to me. I just stayed there, still looking up. Why were there glow-in-the-dark star stickers there. How long had they been here ? For a couple of minutes, we didn’t say anything and he didn’t move.

“You were lying about your nightmare, right ?” he suddenly said.

“I don't know. I don't really remember.”

“Then why did you lie ?”

“I thought you would leave me alone if I told you that. Didn’t really work.” 

He stopped talking. I turned on my side and tried to sleep. Then I felt a hand on my side, slowly grabbing my hand. I let him.

This is Nightmare at 7 years old.

So yeah. Babymare.

And yesterday I drew Cross and Horror at 7 too. (Not Ganz because his face never changed.)

Horror was a bit more bloody. At that moment, he was admitted at the hospital for 3 different hemorrages. The fact he was an AU was exposed publicly alongside the doctors because he should have died from the bleeding.

Well Cross didn't change that much, right ?

Horror : Well the fact we met is a bunch of coincidences, really. I randomly met Ganz in an alley one day and then met Nightmare in the street a few years after. I'm not really the perfect person to protect someone so if one day I die, Nightmare and Cross will still be there. But to be honest I don't think what Nightmare told Cross is true. I mean, if I got the chance to bring my brother back to life I would but I'm not as obsessed by it as Cross is.

I kinda wanted to draw them all together.

And here's Jess, I presented her before but it looks like nobody saw. Jess is Cross!Chara. And a ghost. She looks friendly right now but Cross and her hate each other.

Jess was one of the persons that killed Cross's family and Cross fused them together to not die, and really becoming Cross!Sans. It's pretty complicated.
