This picture was taken at one of my last shows. It was a great night with lovely people at a venue that until then I only had visited to be in the audience. Not that night, that night I got to play for the people and I enjoyed every single moment of it. I have been living a life without making music for a while now. I needed a break. A break from ten years of pushing myself and being the best I could be at that moment. I had an emotional breakdown that forced me to think about how I want to spend my life and how I not want to end. Mental health is so damn important and I had to make a brave decision that definitely was not an easy one for me. So I quit making music. Completely. I wasn't enjoying it any longer and therefore made that brutal cut. Time has passed. And me living my new life.... I am feeling so much better. I am mentally healthy, enjoying life. And with that joy I am starting to feel the need to make music again. It is coming slowly. But it is coming. And this time I won't push my self too hard. Just a little bit, step by step, as long as it is healthy for me. ❤💪🎶🎸 #mentalhealth #music #living #bebrave
