H.I.I.T. CARDIO⁣ ⁣ High Intensity Interval Training ⁣ Honestly haven’t done much of this type of cardio in the past, but now it’s been a staple in my workouts for the week. ⁣ ⁣ I usually do it 3 times a week. I always do the bike because it’s the best for me but there are so many types of H.I.I.T. Cardio and I want to start trying out different workouts. ⁣ ⁣ I sped up the video because a full interval bike session is 4 minutes total. I always will do this training to finish leg day and it’s so painful but so good. The much beloved SNL alumnus and comedy movie star was in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to support Tigres UANL in their first leg Liga MX Final tie against Pumas UNAM.

Wait, what? Your eyes do not deceive you. The actor, who won the hearts of movie-goers with such flicks as “The Benchwarmers,” “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo” and “Duece Bigalow: European Gigalo,” made his presence felt at El Volcán. Take a look:
