I’m interested in joining Toptal Visual Designers Community because I am passionate about design and I would really like to work less of my day job. I’ve reached the point where I am tired of basic job forums and was pleased to find a website like Toptal. I like how tapered Toptal is to the needs of their companies and to their designers. I think it is important to have a forum where both parties share a level of commitment to the process of freelancing. I feel as if there is a sense of security with Toptal due to the application and screening process, contrary to other sites which feel too open ended and unreliable.
