hi everyone
The internet has become a really strange place since I was last on tumblr. Everything is trying to sell me something, there's bots everywhere, it's weird. I became nostalgic for the lovely chaos of this place and the joy and community I found here as a teenager. I was shocked I was even able to get into my old account, my old fandoms feel almost unrecognizable to me now, but I know everything here meant the world to me then.
If any of you remember me, then hey - how's it going? How are we all faring in this world?
I'm in graduate school now, and I'm getting engaged soon to the love of my life. I'm still a hopeless romantic and a complete nerd. I'm on my second playthrough of baldur's gate 3, so these days I'm simping for a vampire twink in my spare time. That, and endless stacks of books. I may come back to tumblr more permanently, but will likely start a new blog. If anyone is interested in staying in touch, shoot me a message. Old friends, new friends, whatever. Third spaces are becoming less and less common (and more and more expensive), but maybe there is a community to be built here.
