I’m going to open and honest with all of you, I haven’t been doing so well lately 😞 I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression and I feel like it’s getting worse by the day. 

It started back in August this year where I seemed to be more nervous than usual, but then I would find the commute to work incredibly painful - like I’m trying to suppress a panic attack and struggling to breathe and trying not to break into a fit in front of everyone. I generally have anxiety, but this is the first time it’s so severe and debilitating, it’s really affecting my quality of life. 

Sometimes if I am lucky, I can manage it... but most days I feel like I’m drowning and panicking in my hour long commute to and from work. Long story short, I now find great difficulty going outside alone for more than 10 minutes and I’m terrified of catching the train. The horrific thing is I don’t know what triggers it, it can just come out of nowhere or not come on at all. I’ve been seeking help since last 2 months, and I’m so lucky I have such supportive friends, family, and workmates who understand my position. I really can’t put it into words what I am going through, but it feels like my brain has been hijacked to lose control of all sense of rationale, nerves, and sensibility. I’m sorry I have been quiet lately but this is why 😢 but don’t worry, I will make it through this, I have so much to live for ❤️ I will attend my own opening night no matter how painful it is, I’m not going to let this stop me. I guess right now I need support now more than ever, and if any of you are going through anything similar to what I am or you just want to talk, my DMs are always open to you and I’m happy to listen/talk ^_^

I normally don’t post this stuff, but I’m way too excted about this, I was at OzComicCon in Sydney and we cosplayed for the first time ever! Shoutout to @nimehime for helping with our cosplays!
