Just so everyone is aware:

Jess Moloney filed a defamation lawsuit against me in April 2025.

I responded to the claims myself and made multiple good-faith settlement offers, including a full retraction and removal of the content she objected to, in exchange for her agreeing not to pursue further legal action. Those offers were declined.

After I provided counter-evidence and pushed back on the claims, the case went dormant. No subpoenas were successfully served on me, and there has been no meaningful movement on the case since mid-2025. It appears to have been abandoned.

I’ve kept the blog up (and will continue to) because the information posted was based on publicly available information and my honest opinion at the time. I stand by the factual basis of what was written.

That’s the current status. I won’t be giving regular updates unless something new actually happens with the case.

In 2022, Heineken took Elena on a sponsored trip to Coachella. Which only reinforces the idea that alcohol is a huge part of her life. They wouldn’t choose someone who also wasn’t going to heavily drink their promote their product in a way they thought was beneficial and profitable to their brand.

In 2023 she was partnered with Grey Goose vodka.

Now I know Elena stans will be like “so what it’s just a sponsorship it doesn’t mean anything 🙄”

Except it does. Brands only choose people who they think fit their lifestyle and/or their audience. They are only going to choose people they think authentically use their products and not only that will promote them as some kind of lifestyle content, effectively, to an audience. Which means Elena gives off enough of a casual alcoholic vibe that she landed two different sponsorships with two different alcohol brands, one of which paid for her to go to Coachella.

If anyone wants to act like this girl isn’t at minimum a consistent drinker and that isn’t a problem for her dating Jamie then they are out of their minds. Now I get that Jamie is an adult he can date whoever he wants but she’s literally so deep in the booze life that they are sending her to Coachella. Why would you even want Jamie to be dating someone like this?

I work in LA, and have some links with Sunshine Sachs among other PR agencies, streaming services, studios and so on.

What has been hush hush lately is that there was a huge blowup at the Olive Garden wannabe home, but that the husband was kicked out by the wife. They are said to be divorcing and separated for a long time.

She definitely has a new love interest, it’s why she has been in LA so much. The info about her running off to LA to the Beverly Hills Hotel among others was not supposed to leak.

Sunshine Sachs tried to make it out that she was in LA for Spotify that was why she was in the hotels but my Spotify contacts have said that didn’t happen and that basically had to force her to record it all at Spotify’s LA office and due to the separation she refused to do it with Harry, she wanted it all for herself.

The claims of mental health issues stopping them is somewhat true but it’s down to the divorce as it’s become bitter and abusive. She will publicly fight for sole custody but doesn’t actually want it, my contact at Sunshine Sachs has had some interactions with her and says she is cold, uncaring and disinterested in the kids when asked.

She moved back into the Montecito home for this reason lately. Her PR narrative is quietly saying that she has been left to be a single mother raising two kids while her husband is away gallivanting, that she is struggling with it all that her mother is worried so moved in with her. Sunshine Sachs do not work for Harry, they work for her and only interested in her.

Her new squeeze is well connected, wealthy, white and easy as they come.
