I’m having huge problems with my Game preorder Karla, I am waiting for them to call me about it, been waiting for nearly three days now… I am so angry!!

What happened?? How did you know there was a problem?? I hope you get sorted in time, since I would be so upset if something happened. I know you can’t get hold of the Pipboy editions now. So I honestly wish you the best!

I found out via the closed Facebook page that I paid to join with my preorder, the problem I have isn’t even the only one, there are at least two or three other separate things they have done wrong with peoples orders, it is a total mess! Basically, they have told me that I have only paid for the deposit and the rest of the order isn’t part of it, therefore I do not own a Pip Boy Edition and I cannot buy one. This has happened to a lot of people, not just me, it makes no sense! How can you pay for a deposit without the item it is for?!! I am going to my local stores midnight release tonight to buy a hard copy and I will make sure I get my £20 back off them, I cannot believe how hard faced they have been!

Oh I might have the same issue then? Since I did the pre-order thing as well. So what happened to the FB page? Since I did sign up since I was told that is what I needed to do to get some of my stuff. However I hate FB and was planning to delete it as soon as I got my stuff!

I will be so pissed if I don’t get the Pip Boy Edition. Is that is what has happened to you?

Did you get the free t-shirt and/or bobble head in the post? Does your order confirmation look like this? If your order confirmation doesn’t have two separate boxes, one for the deposit and one for the actual bundle then you don’t have one saved by the look of it. I found out by calling the Game helpdesk and checking on my order status, I gave them my order number and they told me that order doesn’t exist. If you email [email protected] with your order number, contact telephone number and name they are calling everyone individually over the phone about their order and what they can do, but I have been waiting for my call for days now!

No I didn’t actually, I thought I was more likely to get it tomorrow when the game came out. I order my game in person though, at the Game store itself?

I really hope they haven’t screwed up my order. I will be devastated if they have since I wanted it so badly that I have saved up for a whole console just to play it! I think it might be a bit late to ring, but I plan on popping into town tomorrow to pick it up. So hopefully if there is a problem they will be able to help me. 

I hope you can get it sorted as well. Since I know how upset you must feel. Since I know I am going to be heart broken if I have the same issue.

If you ordered in store you will be fine, I popped into my local store earlier today and they said all the pip boys ordered in store were all in check, just online orders that are having problems. I won't be getting one, I'm over it, I'm making my own instead :)

I am happy you got it sorted, since I think it is amazing how much they managed to mess these things up. I found out that they gave away my T-shirt at the midnight release. Which really upset me. 

I have tried E-mailing them about it, and I feel by the time they do get hold of me. There is probably nothing they can do about it any way. 

Although I did find out that one of the trucks with the games on did actually get raided! So that caused issues on top of the other issues they were already having!

They haven’t sorted anything yet Karla! I went into my local store on Tuesday to buy a bobblehead as I never received mine in the post and the manager told me they had a spare pip boy edition in stock due to a cancellation so I jumped on it, in a way it’s a blessing that Games website didn’t put the pip boy edition onto my deposit because I still had the money sitting in my bank account waiting for them to call me with a solution to my problem. I am still waiting for a call off them, today makes 5 days of waiting! I need my deposit refunding as they still have £20 of my money for nothing as essentially, I never even ordered the pip boy off them, just bought a deposit… which doesn’t even make sense!! I'm sorry to hear about your t-shirt though Karla, it's frustrating I know, but on the plus side they do have some pretty wicked merchandise on offer for the game now so you could get something else in the future to make up for it. Maybe email Game and ask them to send you one as they gave yours away?
