Second - Any (Second’s a kid who is very sure with their identity thanks to their friends and expressive nature. Can’t say the same for the rest of the hollowheads.)
Red - He/They (I love trans Red. He’s also a little creature hence the gender neutral aspect)
Yellow - They/Them (Insert binary code joke)
Green - He/she (Genderfluid Green)
Blue - She/Her (Trans Blue for my Trans Red. Cursors bless farm duo)
Purple - They/Them (Unlike Yellow’s non binary identity, Purple considers themself as literally in the middle of male and female and presents themself as such)
King - He/Him (Can’t imagine him not being a bear. He’s a girl dad to Gold. Sometimes it still shines with how he treats Purple but he’s working on it. Also I bet he birthed Gold.)
Victim - They/Them (Non binary, developed a kind of helplessness from their time being tortured and feels unable to fully lean into she/her pronouns. Mitsi and Agent helped them open up and be more femme presenting during the golden era)
The Chosen One - He/Him (He’s a very guilty self insert. Out of all the hollowheads he’s the most stereotypical “guy”, falling into Western gender norms with his hyper masculine presentation and on a wider scale being a representation of “The Chosen One” trope. Socially, he diverts from the patriarchal idea of a “real man”, this is his identity, the one he chose, and he doesn’t want anyone to change it for him.)
The Dark Lord - Any (Dark’s mission is to have all the gender for himself!!! He uses the pronouns of the person he’s interacting with. Purposefully trying to compare how much better he is in comparison to them.)
Agent - She/They (Demigirl Agent is sooooo cool)
Ballista - It/Itself (It’s a robo-gremlin. Very fitting)
Hazard - Any (Hazard is all)
Primal - She/Her (Very proud of her matriarchal culture. Presents with feminine traits from said culture)
Mitsi - She/Her (Stereotypical successful business woman with a strong education and millions in the bank, almost in a sense paralleling Chosen. She is someone Vic both envies and loves, a delicate balance. She feels guilty with how comfortable she is as herself, understanding that the people close to her aren’t in the same position, sometimes forgetting how much of a light she is in their lives)
Orchid - She/Her (A character completely restricted by the strict patriarchal society she lives in. She’s never had the opportunity to express herself. It doesn’t mean that she hates being feminine, there’s a tragedy to her that gets passed onto Purple. She would’ve been so happy to see how her child became)
Navy - He/Him (In the same position, held to a high standard and takes it out on his family. Grew up as a fighter and expected Purple to be the same to carry on the family’s reputation.)
Eye - No Pronouns (In a God-like position, Eye is treated like a God through language. Strips the identity of characters Eye manages to get any tendrils onto)
I see their sibling dynamic to be revolved around Hacker being a substitute parental figure through their constant bickering. They’re always on about how improper and messy Chosen is, but it’s more to look out for him while hiding behind an air of professionalism.
They look at Chosen like a younger version of themself after understanding the very similar trauma the both of them went through, sometimes babying Chosen as a result of it and forgetting the short age difference. Chosen doesn’t like when this happens at all.
They would definitely care for each other, but always avoid that fact.
