Dear Love,
I dont know who you are, your name, your age, your height neither your family background.
I dont even know if you exist or if you will exist. I dont know if I met ypu already or you were just around the corner. I dont know if I pass by you at the lrt or mrt. I do not have any idea.But I want you to know that I am preparing myself to meet you in time.
After so many heartaches…so many disappointments and trials I’ve been through in my life, I can say that I am not yet ready to meet you.
Not now… not too soon…
I dont know what to say or do when I see you. I dont know how to start it again. I forget the feelimg of being inspired and inlove. I am in the middle of gathering myself together.. I am enjoying my single life. I still want to enjoy partying till the dawn… surpassing each day not loading my phone… going to mall… to church… to coffee shop all by myself.
You know what? I am trying to lose weight, so when I meet you you’ll say “Hey, I am so lucky to have a sexy wife like you”
I am going to my derma to enhance and get rid of these pimples on my face. So when we meet you’ll say “I never thought I would have a wife as beautiful as you”
Im trying to improve myself. Trying to be look nice and presentable.
But what I am working right now is my relationship with God. I dont want you to see me as another pretty face but I want you to see me as a godly woman.
I wanna make sure that I am worth it for you.
I know all these heartaches will lead me to you. I know you will come to me just in time. You will never be late nor early. When everything is okay and when I know how to trust again please send me a letter written on a ¼ sheet of paper so I would know that you are the one. (Sounds silly)
Kidding aside. Let just tell you this. You are God’s plan for me. You are the reason why it didnt work with anyone else in the past. You are the reason why I need to endure all the pain. Because you are worth it. Your love will make me a better person or should I say better than the best.
