Look, this is probably going to end up as an unpopular post, because God knows the level of brainrot capitalism and fast consumption caused in people's brains, but I'd rather not get TV shows for a while if it means writers get their rights defended and recognized.

Entertainment can't come at the cost of fair pay, healthy work environment and ethical practices.

Kusou gets so sick of Shun and Aren pining for each other that he feels the need to get involved (because SIGH its just SOOO inconvenient for him to have to listen to their whiney inner monologues and it’s definitely not because he doesn’t like seeing them suffer ew why would you think he cares about his friends-)

But then Aren just comes to him for advice, about if he should confess, so he doesn’t even need his powers. He tells Aren to get over himself and now Shun and Aren are happily dating. Kusuo pretends like they annoy him but he’s happy for his friends because he’s a softy awww.

I really like the idea of Aren becoming Teruhashi's brother figure.

I mean, her real brother sucks ass, and Aren seems to care for her. You see it especially in the first episode with Saiko. He has respect for her, but doesn't like her that way.

Also, I like the idea of Teruhashi's real brother getting on Aren's case bc 'the only man worthy of Kokomi is her brother,' so obviously that's why Aren took on a big brother role.

But in reality, Aren's just a feminist worried for Kokomi (who's also in love with his best friend)

wearing a trans pin this week because I think I've been passing too well with my students/chaperones thus far (I'm in an extremely trans friendly area and environment, and a lot of my students are also trans- I want to be visible to them)

so far the biggest difference I've noticed is that suddenly, they're all using they/them pronouns for me.

the notes on this post are a good example of why people REALLY need to be told that "they/them" is still misgendering if you have been told that the person in question does not use those pronouns (incl. by omission, i.e., introducing themselves with pronouns that do not include they/them).
