He likes to lay there with you, just basking in your presence. He doesn’t know how to say thank you, and he doesn’t know how to convey the feelings he has for you, so he holds you instead. He doesn’t like to think about his own body. It reminds him that he’s not really who the RDA says he is, and it gives him a sort of dissonance in his brain sometimes. He’d probably say his dick, though, if you asked him.
His favorite part of your body has to be your waist. He’s always got his arms or hands around your middle, he likes the way your skin feels soft against his rough hands, and he likes the way his palms fit against the curve of it so perfectly, no matter how slight or if it’s concave or convex.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
Not the biggest fan of it, actually. He’ll either spill inside you, or hold himself off. He doesn’t like messes, and he doesn’t like having to clean up afterward.
If you’re doing oral, though, it’s a different situation. He wouldn’t complain if you looked up at him with his spend drooling down your chin. It might even make him reconsider my first point.
D = Dirty secret (pretty self explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
Stephen Lang said in an interview once that Quaritch, deep deep down, wants to submit. There’s something about letting himself be taken care of that’s so alluring, so comforting, and he yearns for it quietly. He’ll never, never ever tell you, but if you ever took charge, he’d be pliant under your hands and fold immediately.
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what they’re doing?)
He’s had sex before, as a human. He hasn’t had the chance to in his Na’vi body, and it feels very different from how he remembers it from his human counterpart. Especially if the two of you make Tsaheylu, the first time he’s unsteady and trying to hide how unsure he is. He gets the hang of it quickly, and it only takes your first time together for him to learn what he needs to do to you for maximum output.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
He can’t pick between having you up against a wall with your legs around his waist or doggy-style. He likes to be in power, and holding you up and ruining you makes him feel strong and in control. He likes doggy because of how deep he can hit you, and he’ll run his hands over every inch of skin he can reach.
G = Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
He flip-flops. It depends on how he’s feeling that day, honestly. When he’s had a frustrating or rough day, he’s not as willing to joke around as usual. Normally, though, he starts off joking and teasing, and then gets more serious the closer you two get to finishing.

Na’vi don’t really have body hair, but Quaritch is man-made, and we know they grow hair to some capacity, hence the eyebrows. I’m thinking he can’t grow much, if at all. Maybe just a very short patch or something more akin to peach fuzz. There’s not much maintaining to do since there’s so little of it, but if he had to, he would.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
Intimacy is strange to him, and he doesn’t quite know how to express it. He’s a hardened marine soldier, and the greater part of his life (or at least, the life he remembers,) has been spent in the military, where there’s no room for real intimacy. He really does love you, but he shows it through a sort of quiet reverence rather than babbling about how much he loves you. The second you initiate something sweet, though, he’s all in on it. As much as he tries to play it off like he doesn’t like it, he craves it without even realizing.
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
He jacks off a lot. He has a high libido, and you aren’t around 24/7 for his personal pleasure. He’ll sit in his office mid-day, fucking into his hand while he thinks of you, snarling under his breath. It’s perverse, and he risks getting caught, but that adds to the thrill of it.

There are certain things you do that drive him insane. Something that particularly spurs him on, though, is if you start touching on him. Another thing that drives him crazy is if you tug on his tail or Kuru. They’re new extremities, different from the life whose memories he has. Anything that would compromise his position as Colonel, or jeopardize the respect his team has for him. He’s got to keep his macho man persona.

He’s not big on giving. Not because he doesn’t like it, but just because he prefers to fuck you instead. He’ll absolutely do it if you ask, and he’ll be a champ at it, too. He actually finds himself enjoying the feeling of your thighs shaking around his head.

Quaritch is down to do anything you put on the table, as long as it won’t compromise his rank or respect within the RDA. He won’t risk his position, because it’s the one thing he has, but he’ll experiment with absolutely any other idea you bring up.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
Quaritch is a marine, he’s been through intense cardio training. He’s got stamina for hours. He can last pretty long if he tries hard enough, and he can go probably four rounds easily before he has to take a break.
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
He doesn’t own any toys, simply because they’re just not something that are easy to get on-base. He wouldn’t complain if you just so happened to have something. This man is a FREAK.
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
If he could, he’d spend hours just teasing you, seeing what makes you tick, watching you teeter on that edge and fall back before you can tip over. He loves the feeling of being in control, of having the “final say” in when you finish and how you feel.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
If you two are somewhere alone? He’s talking you up, talking you through it, praising, degrading, anything that falls out of his brain through his mouth. He’ll groan and hiss through his teeth a lot, too. He’s a very vocal lover, but he prefers words over sounds.
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
Quaritch is 100% down to get pegged, as long as nobody finds out. If he’s not on top, he’s a bratty bottom. He’s trying to tease and joke and talk through whatever assault you’re enacting on him, and you can understand what he’s saying about half the time. Though he needs control, something about giving up that control exhilarates him.

I’m going to put him at around nine and a half/ten inches, not too big, but still above-average for a Na’vi. He’s average girthwise, and has a nice upward curve. I hc them having ridges on the underside for freak purposes, but his aren’t super pronounced.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
Embarrassingly high, but what can he say? He’s a man, and it’s natural to want the person you’re with. He’ll come to you with nearly any excuse to do something with you. You’re a stress reliever, a comfort, a way to get pent-up energy or anger out, and you’re hot. He’ll take absolutely any chance he can get.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
He’s not a heavy sleeper, nor does it come easily to him. It takes him a pretty moderate amount of time to drift off when you two are done.
