Justin saw the look in Selenaâs eyes and he knew he was in deep shit now but he grabbed it as she tossed it at him. He sighed a bit before he leaned down to hug Tara a goodbye, âWeâll go to some more places with Hails, Jazzy, Jaxo and gramps but go play princess.â He kissed her forehead and watched her run off with her brown curls bouncing with each step she took, He turned back to Selena, âYou still talk to Cara?â He rolled his eyed a bit. âIf I had a dollar everytime those three words came out of your damn mouth, Iâd be so much richer than I am now.â He chuckled deeply.
âOne of my whores? Are you fucking serious right now, Selena? I wouldnât just bring anyone around my family or my daughter if I didnât think they were a good person.â It was the truth, he was very careful on who he took on family vacations because he didnât want the kids getting a bad idea. It had been months since they broken up, he was single and he couldnât wait any longer. Justin followed his ex girlfriend to the door and spoke up once more, âWhat do you want from me, Selena? I cannot keep playing this fucking cat and mouse games anymore. Thatâs bullshit because if I didnât love you, I wouldnât be standing in front of you right now, I do love you but whatever, fuck this.â
Stunned, Selena listened to Justin rant, the hairs on her arms standing up when he said he loved her. It killed her, but she missed hearing it come from his lips. Her slender fingers caught his wrist. âWhat are you talking about, Jay⊠Iâve been here, Iâve been waiting, I love you?â She scuffed, her grip loosened but she didnât want to let him got just yet.  âYou want to know what I want? I want Jay back, the guy who didnât go bringing sluts on vacations, who knew what he wanted, who fought for what he wanted, the guy who believed in forever. But, thatâs impossible, because you killed him a long time ago.â
She stared at him for a minute, her eyes tracing over him, his eyes were lighter, the trip had done itâs purpose, he looked amazing, and happy, which killed her. After a moment of hesitation her hand reached up and cupped his cheek. âI miss you, and I hate it, because youâre happy⊠I hate having someone else who isnât you holding me at nightâŠâ Selena stopped herself, letting her grip on him fall completely, her breath hitching in her throat as their fingers brushed. âCome home, choose me⊠choose your family,â She paused turning to look out at Justinâs car, exhaling happily as she noticed he was alone, her hands resting on his chest. âShe can do a lot of things, Jay⊠but we have a family, thatâs our daughter, and⊠we had plans, we were going to build a kingdom, she canât give you that.â
