hiya this is @/bexnana coming at you with a second muse: jihun, a former idol who's trying his very best to debut again. he was in a somewhat popular rookie group before the face of the group got into a scandal which led to their disbandment. i’ll leave more details under the cut as well as some plots i had in mind, so please like this post if you’d like to plot! backstory

lived a relatively normal life until one day he attended an idol concert and it changed the trajectory of his life forever
decided from then on to single-mindedly pursue the idol life
his parents were accepting of it as long as he kept up with his studies, but that all went out the window when his father cheated on his mother and the family fell apart
during the divorce, he had the choice of staying with either parent, and his one-track mind chose his father thanks to promises of financially supporting his dream
unfortunately, his mother was unable to provide that for him
he buried all those complicated feelings away deep in his mind and solely focused on training
his hard work paid off when he got signed to a company, where he found his first love
as they trained together, feelings grew, and eventually they debuted together in a 7 person group
it was looking good for them, but right before their first comeback, an article was released exposing their center/face of the group for cheating on his girlfriend
not only was he dating, but he was also playing with multiple women
the group went under fire, and the company decided to cut their losses and put them into hiatus, before eventually disbanding them
it was too much to bear for his crush who completely cut contact with all the members, including him, thus ending his first love

still chasing the dream and auditioning everywhere he can find
it's a fine line between being positive and grasping at straws, and he is performing a balancing act
he's pretending to not notice the cracks in his life
thinks that this is all karma for not supporting his mom during the divorce and choosing his dad
tries his best to keep up positive attitude towards others

ex(es) / they would've broken up fairly recently, the relationship lasted some time between the disbandment of his group and current time (~3 years). he's romantic but very obviously preoccupied with his dreams and lost love to really make anyone feel cherished
(ex-)fans / people who are/were fans of the idol "haru" from the rookie group that debuted and disbanded 3 years ago. he doesn't expect to have any fans anymore especially this late into being a civilian
ex-coworkers / people he's met and encountered during his time in the idol industry including trainees etc
one night stands / he's a pretty romantic guy but since the disbandment he's been feeling more and more empty, and what better way to fix that than losing himself in someone else for a night (has the potential to evolve into fwbs but a decent amount of trust has to be there)
fellow dreamers / idol wannabes..! they encourage each other and maybe make each other worse tbh
